Bob Ribaudo is the best. He worked around me, did a great job getting to my price without a hundred back and forth issues. Also with my wife in the hospital he made sure that I could do everything over email job getting to my price without a hundred back and forth issues. Most dealerships you do not want to use their service I buy my VWs from Smithtown VW and have been consistently pleased with the service department. Most dealerships you do not want to use their service but this one is really excellent. They repair what is needed and do not try to pad the bill. I have found everyone respectful and professional.
