Smithtown Volkswagen is an A+ Dealership and Service Center I leased my Jetta GLI from Smithtown Volkswagen in September 2019. Sal was my salesman. Tom was the sales manager. Today, I brought my car in for service. I wanted the first oil change and a front end assembly inspection. The oil was changed in a timely manner and everthing else checked out OK.. My first time at this service department and had an all around awesome experience. Danielle was my service advisor. She was very helpful and friendly. She also sent me an email with information for a coutesy car wash. Kudos to her too. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thank you. More
