Howard was friendly, knowledgeable and experienced; a true professional in every sense of the word. Howard wanted to be sure that I fully understood all the wonderful features of my new R-Line Jetta and took a lot of time introducing the car to me, being sure to cross every "t" and dot every "i," which I appreciated very much. The test drive with Howard was an added bonus! Our experience with Mike DiMaria was very pleasant as well. Mike provided a smooth delivery process for us. Thank you for a memorable experience! My experience at VW of Smithtown was even better than the last! With the help of product specialist, Sal D’Amico I leased my first VW, the Jetta GLI, in 2017. I came back to get into a 2019 Jetta R-Line. My last! With the help of product specialist, Sal D’Amico I leased my first VW, the Jetta GLI, in 2017. I came back to get into a 2019 Jetta R-Line. My expectations were exceeded yet again! Sal made me feel as though my best interest came before anything else. Sal and Mike DiMaria (who helped with further contract and paperwork) were clear in communicating contract terms and agreements, etc. from start to finish. I am beyond satisfied with my new vehicle.
