Good customer service When I purchased the car I was given 2 free oil changes. I went in for my 2nd oil change was told that the offer expired. The woman called management When I purchased the car I was given 2 free oil changes. I went in for my 2nd oil change was told that the offer expired. The woman called management and was able to extend the offer and I got my free oil change Only problem is my seat belt would not retract and they had to order the part. As of this date I still haven’t heard anything about the part. I’m now out of state so it’s not a problem at the moment More
Not a good experience I made an appointment to have my car looked at in the repair shop for 1pm on January 6th.. I dropped off the car and was told I would hear in a few h I made an appointment to have my car looked at in the repair shop for 1pm on January 6th.. I dropped off the car and was told I would hear in a few hours the results of the diagnosis of the problem. At 4pm I called the office as I had not heard anything. The service woman stated that she would have James call me right back as he was busy with a client. 40 minutes passed with no call. I called back and was told the same thing...he will call me right back. Again, no call so I called back at 5pm was put on hold for 10 minutes until James came on phone to tell me of repair. He said it would be a few days as parts had to be ordered. I asked if I could get a loaner and he said there were none available until the following morning. The service was completed by the end of last week and the loaner was returned. The major problem that I have about your service is twofold. First, what is the point of making an appointment if it then takes almost 5 hours for someone to look at my car after it was dropped off? Second, the responsiveness and call-back for status on car was deplorable. It seems like you have nice people in your office but it is clear that you are totally understaffed or you have people that just don't care about calling your customer back. I had to call your service department three times in over an hour to get someone to tell me what was happening with my car. All three times I had to listen to your tape recording while on hold stating that you are the number 1 service provider on Long Island. You may want to update that recording. More
