Complete sunroof replacement Brought vehicle in with mold oder and stained headliner. Car was analyzed and it was determined that sunroof frame was cracked causing the leak. The entire interior was gone over and replaced due to water intrusion and mold. Entire headliner, dashboard padding , carpeting, sunroof controls , and sunshade. Nothing was left to chance. The repairs took several weeks because of the complexity and sourcing of parts. We were provided a loaner and kept apprised of the progress. Car was returned to us in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this service department. More

The only reason I could not give a 5 star rating was because they had no loaner cars available for me to use while my car was being repaired. I understood that their loaners were being repaired, but since my car was there for a week, it would have been nice to supply me with a vehicle. More
