The Service Advisor explained the First time at Smithtown Volkswagen. Brought my car in for an oil & filter change, NYS Inspection, and tire rotation. The Service Advisor explained the services to be performed and the associated costs for each. She also advised me of an open VW recall, which they were able to perform during my visit.
