Ive even had the chance to find out he loves cats and help stray cats find a home. Great guy. We asked him up front about the hidden costs and he really WAS truthful that there were none! We got a great used Jetta for our daughter. We were able to use our own prior arranged financing through our credit union and it really was seamless! Best of all Bob was friendly, not at all pushy, so nice to our whole family.
