GTI LEASE I was greeted very nicely by everyone at Smithtown VW from the receptionist to Howard Fienman the sales person I dealt with. Howard was very helpful i I was greeted very nicely by everyone at Smithtown VW from the receptionist to Howard Fienman the sales person I dealt with. Howard was very helpful in explaining the lease option since I have never leased a car before. He was not pushy or in a hurry to make the sale. The test drive we took was very good he explained the options in car very well and took his time with me we were out about 20 mins. In all my experience at Smithtown VW was excellent. And I want to add I was looking at 2 other car dealers and Howard was the only person to follow up with me after my initial visit at Smithtown VW. That speaks volumes to me. After accepting to buy the car we were handed over to Ivy. She found us the best rate and worked with us to secure our perfect pricing. She actually cared about our life and tailored our financing to what we will be doing in the coming years.
