I met with Jerson and explained what I wanted. He arranged for a test drive and I was immediately impressed with the Tiguan and what it came with. It had all of the safety features of my wife's X3 for a lot less money. Next was the task of negotiating price and trade in value. I fail to understand the need to play the game of telephone. I speak to the sales person, he speaks to the sales manager, then the sales person speaks to me, and this repeats a few times. In the end the sales manager Tom and I came to an agreement on the deal and I am the proud owner of a 2019 Tiguan SEL. For the 13 years I owned the 2006 GTi I had it serviced only at Smithtown VW. My son does the same with his 2015. I fully expect to continue to receive the professional, courteous service from Smithtown VW in the years to come. More
