I bought a car The person I started working with on my first visit (Saturday 6/1) was not very knowledgeable on the vehicle. However, I liked the Atlas enough and w The person I started working with on my first visit (Saturday 6/1) was not very knowledgeable on the vehicle. However, I liked the Atlas enough and was able to negotiate a purchase price that I liked, so I put down a deposit on 6/3. In the following days I heard very little on my financing and if the Atlas that I wanted had been located. On Friday (6/7) I learned from Mike that the person was no longer employed at VW and that the Atlas was on the lot waiting for me. Everything from that point on went very well, Ivy was friendly and easy to work with, Aaron did a great job jumping in and explaining the features to me, and I left with my new Atlas by 4:30pm Friday. More

great service my car needed an oil change, inspection, & had two recalls. I made an appointment with Smithtown VW, and was able to drop off my car the night before my car needed an oil change, inspection, & had two recalls. I made an appointment with Smithtown VW, and was able to drop off my car the night before & everything was done the morning of my appointment in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the service I received & the care given to me & my vehicle. The only thing I needed to pay for was the inspection. More
