Service was excellent. Nala was very thorough, she even personally check wheel issue I reported on front passenger side. I was in and out in less than 1 hou was excellent. Excellent service On a Friday night I started my car and just about every warning light on the dash lit up. They really worked with us to try and get us the best price possible for what I was looking for. Worst part about the process was the financial part. The financial rep delayed the process without acknowledging us or the fact that she made us wait almost an extra hour just to sign the departing papers which was only about a 10 min process to complete. I purchased a brand new car and after I got the “detailed” car - it was filthy, stickers still on the car, accessories still in their plastic wrappings and the car was given to me with a half of tank of gas. When I had a question regarding a light in the car- the service guy was dismissive and rude. I would purchase another car from them because SALES were great but I’m second guessing having my vehicle serviced there in the future. More
