Excellent and very helpful I needed a few things checked out on my vehicle and they took my vehicle in right away. Only 2 things could be done that day, so the car had to stay I needed a few things checked out on my vehicle and they took my vehicle in right away. Only 2 things could be done that day, so the car had to stay over the weekend. I was given a loaner car, which was fantastic because I wouldn't of been able to saty and wait for these repairs. More

Smoothest shopping experience ever This was my second lease with VW Smithtown. Returning my old lease was hassle free and they (Ericka and Adam) were extremely accommodating throughout This was my second lease with VW Smithtown. Service Once again, smithtown VW service department did an outstanding job. Tom, danielle and the mechanics that worked on my 2018 Tiguan provided excellent Once again, smithtown VW service department did an outstanding job. Tom, danielle and the mechanics that worked on my 2018 Tiguan provided excellent customer service, and went above and beyond. For example: I went in for an oil change, Tom informed me that the part for the sunroof recall was in. I was excited!unfortunately, I have limited availability due to the fact that I'm a medical professional and a majority of my time is dedicated to the hospital that I work for. So scheduling an additional service appointment would've been difficult, but Tom and Danielle knew that and asked the two mechanics to work on my car together at the same time. I live in Brooklyn and I travel to Smithtown because I have complete confidence in what they promise and the work that they do. They keep their word. I recommend them to everyone who wants to lease a car and make sure it is maintained properly! The paper work, less than 20 minutes, because Ivy has it all ready when you walk in the door! I know this review is about my current leasing contract, but I have to comment that the help from Danielle in Service has been such a plus for me. She is the best. More
