Was told on service ticket that tires were rotated at 20,000 mile service. Tires have never been rotated and now need two new tires due to them not wearing evenly. Was charged $35 (courtesy would have been to do for free since it wasn’t done last time) to rotate tires and also tried to push new cabin filter that was also supposedly changed at 20,000. Been a VW customer since 2003. Won’t be dealing with this place anymore. More
