I have a tire protection package on my Jetta. Needed some tires replaced and asked them to please rotate the tires at the same time. They replaced my tires but forgot to do the rotation. Had to take 2021 atlas to service 3 times. On the second visit they forgot to connect the door latch so passenger door was unable to be opened, leaving me no option but to take more time out o On the second visit they forgot to connect the door latch so passenger door was unable to be opened, leaving me no option but to take more time out of my day and bring it a 3rd time. The car was returned to me without the radio being initialized. So I had to give the car back and wait for it to be initialized.
