Had 8am appointment but the service writers don’t show up until 8am to take the car from you. Went in for a simple oil change and they said the technician recommends a new cabin and engine air filter at 55.0 until 8am to take the car from you. Went in for a simple oil change and they said the technician recommends a new cabin and engine air filter at 55.00 each. Funny, the cabin filter is behind the glove box door which I keep locked. Let alone I know I changed the air and cabin filters on 12/1/21 because that’s when I received them from Amazon. Yes, I ordered actual VW air filters via their VW part number, not aftermarket. If you go for service, just know what your vehicle actually needs, don’t rely on them telling you because you’ll spend more than what you need to spend!!!! More

The service dept. does not update you about your car when you wait. I have to keep getting up and going downstairs to see what going on.
