I have never caught a break once here for service. Always had to bring it back the next day. Had the same thing fixed too many times to count only to be told that this is an "issue" with these cars. Left the car for 4 days, I had to call to find out status, and after I picked up the car the rear defroster doesn't work. I didn't even bring it back. UGHHHHHH More
