After multiple hours of our vehicle being in the shop for brakes that are squeaking incessantly. We were told that it was normal. My vehicle did not do that when I first purchased it. It has only been doing brakes that are squeaking incessantly. We were told that it was normal. My vehicle did not do that when I first purchased it. It has only been doing it over the last few months. It does it constantly, there is no reason why a $85,000 vehicle should be squeaking when it the brakes are applied and being considered normal. It sounds extremely trashy when pulling up in an 85K car and the brakes squeak like a junker. I researched brake issues, there have been issues reported in years prior to 2025, but 2025 and above do not have any issues reported to being normal with break squeaking. I was also told to bring the vehicle in for the 8 AM appointment to avoid anyone being in front of us and any delays, as this is our only vehicle we cannot leave it at the dealership due to living more than an hour away, and when we arrived, we were told that it would be several hours before someone would be able to get to our vehicle because other vehicles were left over from Friday. It would’ve been nice to get a phone call from the dealership, letting us know that there could be some delays and that we wouldn’t be getting in right at 8 AM, instead I got multiple text messages confirming that our vehicle would be there right at 8 AM. We live an hour away so this was extremely inconvenient. More
