He is professional, knowledgeable (and if he happens NOT to know, he will find out, instead of trying to "puff" like other people do outside Smythe). I have never felt that I have been pressured to do a service; again, they treat you with the utmost courtesy and respect here. The team (behind the desk, to the car technicians, even the gentlemen that drive you to your nearest location in town) are good people. Hats off as well to Doug and Nick in the Service Dept. (they have taken care of me in the past, also with extraordinary care). Hands down, I recommend this dealership, even if you have to drive further to get here for routine maintenance. More
