Fast, Fun, Fantastic Jim was great at keeping us updated on our new car! As soon as it rolled off the truck we were on the phone to set up financing and get or new car tha Jim was great at keeping us updated on our new car! Sommers Subaru-you can do better. Beyond pleasantries to get your purchase, don't expect too much when buying a used car. They gave us ZERO for our trade yet Carmax offered $700. They would not deal on price giving us only $100 off while those in the industry state at least $500 off on a used car is standard. Our daughter had to stop and get gas on the way home, they left the tank with less than a quarter tank. The finance guy has a clever way of inserting unwarranted service warranties into the sale and lastly, no thank-you ever received formally via post-card, text, letter or email. Nothing. We wont be back. More
