Excellent Buying Experience We do not live near a Subaru Dealer and we purchased our Subaru Outback without ever having even driven one because so many people we know have them a We do not live near a Subaru Dealer and we purchased our Subaru Outback without ever having even driven one because so many people we know have them and just love them. I wanted a safe car and you can't get a safer car than a Subaru. We drove over 4 hours to pick it up. I was a little leery about buying a car from a place I had never been to and knew nothing about. . We did all our dealing over the phone, email and text. Our sales person Craig Knabe was very helpful and thorough. He took his time with us and explained everything. We also got an awesome price from him. Steve Hanke was our sales person and from the minute we met him, he treated my 72 year old Mom and I with kindness, professionalism and respect. He took the time to actually explain who Subaru is as a company and how their cars are designed, in a way that we could understand. Steve was never, ever pushy, never made us feel rushed or like he was desperate for our business, as some salespeople are. He wanted to make sure the Subaru was a good fit for US, not just because he wanted a sale. Not only did my Mom end up buying a Forester, but I ended up with an Outback, with all the credit to Steve. Great person to work with! Don has always been helpful even now 3 years later. Knows a lot about the vehicles, etc. The only issue was whether or not we were going to finance Don has always been helpful even now 3 years later. Either way, would go back to Don to purchase another Subaru! More
