Not so great experience I brought my car in for service and ended up getting bad advice from my service advisor. I will not be bringing my car back to them nor would i recomm I brought my car in for service and ended up getting bad advice from my service advisor. I will not be bringing my car back to them nor would i recommend them to anyone who owns a Subaru. Be careful with the advice your advisor gives as you could be throwing money away for wasted service that actually made the issue worse. I would stay away unless you like throwing money into the fire and watching it burn. To top it off what they quoted me to get the rest of the work done, i could get done at a different certified Subaru dealership fpr 1/3 of the price! Again throwing money away coming here. More

Excellent in every way I've had the Subaru Outback for close to a year now. I knew I wanted one when my daughter had one and loved it. Joe Pochert, although new to Sommers I've had the Subaru Outback for close to a year now. I knew I wanted one when my daughter had one and loved it. Joe Pochert, although new to Sommers, was an excellent salesman and surely an asset to the Sommers sales team. Today I had it in for service for the first time, everything was very professional and taken care of perfectly. This Outback is my favorite care I've ever owned or driven, I'm so happy with it. More

Great Sales and After Sales Customer Service. We live in the Oconomowoc area. Sommers is a long drive for us, but we are willing to travel for outstanding customer service. Will find another Subaru dealer Haven't had any experience with the sales department, but my experience with the service department leaves a lot to be desired. Came in with a check e Haven't had any experience with the sales department, but my experience with the service department leaves a lot to be desired. Came in with a check engine light that they said would be fixed by installing a new catalytic converter. The light came back on within a week. In the months since they've been unable to diagnose the problem with my engine despite having "Master Technicians" and the vehicle's computer system. Just today I was in for scheduled maintenance. It's just an overpriced oil change. Services I was told over the phone would be completed were not done. Shame on me for not getting the quote in writing, but the only reason I scheduled with them was because of what I was sold over the phone. They didn't even get the oil I requested right. I'll avoid going here for any future service, and when it's time to buy a new Subaru you can be sure that I'll go out of my way to avoid Sommer's and recommend my friends do likewise. More

Recent Impreza service I think one of the best measures of performance is how a dealer/service department responds, when an unusual issue crops up. Sommer's Subaru excel i I think one of the best measures of performance is how a dealer/service department responds, when an unusual issue crops up. Sommer's Subaru excel in this regard. I recently had an issue with intermittent power steering on startup. Sommer's service department took the time to find the root cause and fix it, asking for help from the tech line and Engineering as needed. I was able to use a loaner car during the repair, and of course it was fixed under warranty. The 2016 Impreza is my 3rd Subaru bought or leased from Sommer's. Though problems have been relatively rare in general, Sommer's have gone out of their way not only to make effective repairs, but also to ensure customer satisfaction. I recommend them highly for Service (and Sales). More
