From the moment that we arrived at the dealership, Andre took fantastic care of all of our needs and concerns with the car buying experience. My parents were looking to buy a new Accord, and my wife and I were looking at used Pilots, and he walked us through the entire process with kid gloves. He made every vehicle that we were interested in available to us to climb into, drive and review and compare features. Then he explained the relevancy of a Honda Certified car vs non-certified, and also went into detail about future resale and warranty information. When it came time for financing, he explained the offers thoroughly and without any hint of disrespect, and provided clarity when asked. Even our experience with the finance manager, Bonnie was exceptional. She explained all of the additional fees and other services, with clear pricing and cost/benefit analysis, and did not push us past what we were comfortable with paying. I could have kept my 2003 Honda for several more years, but I figured I would let a young college student purchase it, so they would have a good reliable car to drive while they were in college and their parents would have one less thing to worry about, and in turn, I would have a new car to drive!! Everyone at Sons Honda was very friendly and courteous and treated me and my husband like we were part of their family. I'm sure I will continue to purchase all my cars from Sons Honda as long as I live in the Atlanta area. More
