I've brought my vehicle out to Kia at various times since I purchased it in 2014. Every time before Son took it over , when I went to pick my car up under the previous owner of KIA, it had been washed and cl I purchased it in 2014. Which was always a pleasant and nice gesture by Kia for their customers. When my husband picked my suv up and met me at Enterprise rental so I could return the rental, the first thing I noticed was that after having my car for more than a month it was dirty, had cups and trash left in it from I'm assuming people in the shop and so I had my husband help me at the car wash to get it cleaned up again. recently when my husband called to check on the progress of our vehicle he was suppose to get a call when it was ready. He had to drive over to KIA to get that answers. I was waiting to hear from him to find out if I had to drive to Prattville to turn in the rental or head home to Slapout/Holtville area because it wasn't going to be ready. I get off at 4 every day I've never been unable to get someone in the repair shop to the phone to ask any question, prior to Son buying out KIA. So my advice to you as a new owner is to step up your customer service and be available to answer questions at any time during normal business hours and clean up folks vehicles as a courtesy ,return it clean. More

I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. ... My Service Rep. was Willie Mahome and I believe he was responsible for communicating with me as it pretained to my 2013 Kia Optima vehicle recall ... My Service Rep. was Willie Mahome and I believe he was responsible for communicating with me as it pretained to my 2013 Kia Optima vehicle recall services.. I also believe my bad experience started when I refused additional services in addition to the recall services. Mr. Mahome didn't communicate with me at all or did he give any updates on my 2013 Kia Optima car without me calling first, even though I was told he would do so. I had my car drop off on October 27, 2022 at around noon. After 2 months went by, I called 4 times within 2 weeks to check on the status of my car and didn't get one return phone call. On December 3, 2022, only when I said that I would come to the dealorship to personally check on the status of my car, I then received two phone calls from a agitated Mr. MahomeI asking about me threatening to come to the dealorship and another call stating that I was cursing on a voice message which I believe the dealership records phone calls. I believe after having someone's vehicle for over 2 months that the owner should receive some kind of courtesy call to update the owner of vehicle. When I drop off my car, I didnt disown or abandon my car. And more, I was called one time to pick up my vehicle. Once there after I had driven for over an hour to get from Tallapoosa County to the City of Montgomery, I was told that my driver door knob was completely broken off which I should have been notified immediately before I made the long trip to the dealership. And last, after my engine was replaced and my door knob fixed, i asked for any warranty documentation on work done, once again, DENIED. LESSEN LEARNED, When I found out that my vehicle was ready, I made the call on January 18, 2023... I will never bring any other vehicle to the Brewbaker in the City of Montgomery, Montgomery, Alabama. NEVER.
