If you disagree then they threaten to take you to collections even if you had a deal, paid in cash, and turned over the trade in FOR A MONTH with the signed bill of sale for the trade in in their possession. If you want it, come in and we can discuss price”. I told home I just wanted to confirm their site price to make sure it was accurate before I came in and bought it, yet he still refused. Very awkward, shady and very bad sales/customer service. I just hung up and will refuse to ever go there. Sounds like a tactic to raise the price when someone shows up, after you’ve waisted your own time/gas to get there. I’ve never experienced this with a dealership…. If you’re reading this review today just go to their pricing online, call to confirm and you’ll see what I mean. They also seem to be showing inaccurate low pricing on car gurus/carfax.
