We love the South Bay BMW, it's easy and fast to set something up with them, and they have pretty good food too! To be honest, we went to the Beverly Hills BMW first, and our experience there was downr something up with them, and they have pretty good food too! Ernie Munoz is hands down the BEST dealer we've ever encountered. He did not make us wait, he is very friendly and professional, and you just know he is a great guy. He took the time to answer any question we had, and he knows EVERYTHING! After we bought our car, he took the time to go through every feature with us and even helped us hook up our phones to the car's bluetooth system. We e-mail him with more questions occasionally and he always respond. We will definitely go to him if we ever buy another BMW, and we wholeheartedly recommend him highly to anyone who is looking to buy a BMW. More
