Hello, My name is Steve Estrada. I am with the Quality of Excellence Center at South Bay BMW. I am responding back to your concern because we take pride in taking care of our customers. We apologize for any miscommunication between your mom and our team. We are also sorry for the scratch on your vehicle, but before you and your mom left the dealership, Alex Caicedo, your service consultant went over the vehicle with the both of you and even had the hood open. All three of you were in front of the vehicle. The damage your stating is more than a scratch, it's a scrape and a big dent that is very noticeable. We also had our team reinspect your vehicle and their findings and the structure of the damage were not caused at the dealership. We apologize for this misfortunate incident and hope we could all start new again. You have stated in your previous survey response that you still have services needed for your mom's vehicle and would like to just forget the incident as we will do the same. We will be more happy to perform the services and provide the quality and experience to your satisfaction and look forward to a whole new relationship.
