I opened hood the next day to discover the hood liner and another area had not been replaced. I called my service advisor with my disappointment. Took car back and met with Service Manager, Silvio. Since his department erred, they replaced those parts at no additional cost. While I was not happy with 3 trips to the dealer and the unfinished work, Silvio honored the last price quoted. More
