Hi Raj, We're displeased to hear that the car you saw online and made an appointment to purchase had already been sold. We've taken your review and sent it to the management here at the store. We're going to look deeper into this internally to see how we can prevent this from happening again. Secondly, one of the challenges that comes along with a massive inventory is parking. We use that lot for our overflow vehicles, and we keep them safe with security.
