She listened, answered my questions, took me up to show me the model, color, and packages that I wanted on similiar models in their inventory. She ordered the car that I wanted from the factory since they didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock. It was a two-month wait, and she kept me posted on the progress of the car from the time it came out of production until it was delivered to South Bay BMW. She was wonderful and made the proess of buying a car at South Bay very pleasant and comfortable. I would recommend her very highly to any of my friends, especially women friends who are thinking of buying a BMW. More
