Mormal maintenance of a seldom used Genesis coupe. After little mileage in the car and long time between services the service was free. Service Customer service was excellent. I was given a rental car - was given a ride to Hertz to pick up the vehicle and brought the car back directly to Hyund Customer service was excellent. Service was completed within the time estimated. Reason why I gave 4 stars and not 5 is bc of the price that I paid which was much higher than I expected and was not competitive. More
