Enrique was very personable and great to work with. We found the car we ended up purchasing online and spoke with him via phone as we live 4 1/2 hours away from the Dealership. When we arrived at the dealership all we had to do was test drive the car. He took extra time to show us all of the details of the car and explain how everything worked and he was very thorough. The whole process took less than two hours, The whole time we were at the dealership, everybody was nice and friendly, and we felt well taken care of. After purchasing, we Began the drive home and actually received a phone call from Enrique on the way home to ensure that we made it home safely with our new car. My mother and I had an outstanding experience working with Enrique C. at South Bay Lexus. I sent an inquiry via email first and Enrique and another assistant got back to me right away to check on the sto with Enrique C. at South Bay Lexus. I sent an inquiry via email first and Enrique and another assistant got back to me right away to check on the stock of the used car as well as an appointment time. From the moment we arrived, Enrique was very welcoming and was able to show us the car right away. (We've gone to 3 other Lexus dealerships and have always had to wait 30+ minutes only to find out the car was unavailable.) He patiently explained all the features and answered all our questions. My mom was still unsure and wanted my brother-in-law to look at the car to get his opinion. My brother-in-law didn't have much time to look at it as it was during the work day so Enrique was able to drive the car with my mom to his house (10 min) to look at the car. My mom still felt unsure so we passed on the car. A week later, we found another used car that my mom was interested in. We were thrilled that it was at South Bay Lexus so we could work with Enrique again. Again, he never rushed us and made sure we fully understood the features and options before making a decision. We bought a Lexus NX300 that day. His professionalism, care and patience made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
