Sean Slwani went out of his way to help my wife and I select the NH300H Lexus we purchased. On a very hot day he was bringing cars from the parking area to show us the exterior color and the interior col select the NH300H Lexus we purchased. I was late for my appointment with Mr. Barikhan yet he was very gracious and made no comment about it. Email correspondence helped me decide that the car was the one I wanted. The test drive was unrushed was very gracious and made no comment about it. Email correspondence helped me decide that the car was the one I wanted. The test drive was unrushed and all my questions were answered. I was greeted respectfully at the dealership door and my appointment was looked up very professionally and efficiently. The test drive and decision to buy took less than one hour and the loan paperwork took less than one hour. My credit union was confusing me, but the dealership financing was clear and a better deal. I felt happy as I left the dealership. More
