In March of this year I was in involved in a terrible car accident and my 2007 es 350 Lexus had been totaled out. I was pretty down because I really loved my vehicle and that model from Lexus. I told her my situation and right away she genuinely seemed concerned and wanted to work with me to find the best deal possible. She made me feel very comfortable talking to her and didn't make me feel as if I was being manipulated or conned. After I purchased my vehicle ( which I absolutely love) she continued to call and check on me to see if I was satisfied.
