Great Experience! I had purchased a pre-owned 2013 Elantra from another dealer in 2014. No complaints with them, and I usually go with what I know! But because South Ch I had purchased a pre-owned 2013 Elantra from another dealer in 2014. No complaints with them, and I usually go with what I know! But because South Charlotte Hyundai is a lot closer to my home I read their reviews and took my car to them for its usual maintenance (in addition for a recall situation it had). I was very satisfied with the outcome of both. While there on one of my visits, I decided to look into buying my first brand new car ever. Being happy with my current Elantra, I was keen on treating myself to a new 2017 Elantra Limited as a step up for me. The sales person I became associated with for this purchase was Anthony Peak, a very laid back and soft spoken kind of guy. (Just look for the man who always wears a sharp looking bow-tie!). He has always been a pleasure to work with and talk with. I've also had business interactions with the General Manager (the other Anthony) who found a buyer for my 2013 Elantra. This was done without any commission on their part, and it's a service they offer to their customers in lieu of a trade-in situation. Ask about that. Also, since my initial purchase of my new car, I've had several interactions with their service department for routine maintenance on my new Elantra. I've always been satisfied with their prompt and courteous service, and I've never felt rushed when I've asked questions. My short version is this - Either for maintenance on my existing car, or if ever purchasing another one, South Charlotte Hyundai, and Anthony Peak, will always be my first choice. I've always gotten the feeling that they were as concerned in 'helping' me as well as just 'selling' me. More
