They're fine until AFTER you buy the car. Their customer "service" is nonexistent. My car had a recall on the engine. I took my car to Hyundai and Crystal K. was extremely helpful with making sure I was at ease knowing the process and provided updates throughout the process! Very professional and efficient. I was pleased to see Crystal Kush is part of the staff. She helped me when I owned a Highlander and I know she takes customer service seriously. Going to be honest. Ever since October of 2020, my 2008 Hyundai Sonata has been giving me issues. Never any issues prior to taking it to the dealership. Just this past Friday (6/18), spent money on gettin Hyundai Sonata has been giving me issues. Never any issues prior to taking it to the dealership. Just this past Friday (6/18), spent money on getting something fixed that didn't resolve the issue. Two days later, the check engine light came back on. No longer going to spend any more money at Hyundai of South Charlotte trying to figure out what is wrong with the car. I can no longer justify the costs of repairs to a 2008 car!! To make matters worse, one of their sales reps emailed me and texted me about potentially upgrading to a new car. Was looking at maybe the Tucson, since people have raved about it. Rick S was his name, confirmed for Friday 6/25/21 at 1 pm. When I showed up at 1 pm, the guy wasn't even working, why confirm something when you don't even work on the day of the appointment. That really ticked me off. So unprofessional. More
