South Charlotte Hyundai

Going to be honest. Ever since October of 2020, my 2008 Hyundai Sonata has been giving me issues. Never any issues prior to taking it to the dealership. Just this past Friday (6/18), spent money on gettin Hyundai Sonata has been giving me issues. Never any issues prior to taking it to the dealership. Just this past Friday (6/18), spent money on getting something fixed that didn't resolve the issue. Two days later, the check engine light came back on. No longer going to spend any more money at Hyundai of South Charlotte trying to figure out what is wrong with the car. I can no longer justify the costs of repairs to a 2008 car!! To make matters worse, one of their sales reps emailed me and texted me about potentially upgrading to a new car. Was looking at maybe the Tucson, since people have raved about it. Rick S was his name, confirmed for Friday 6/25/21 at 1 pm. When I showed up at 1 pm, the guy wasn't even working, why confirm something when you don't even work on the day of the appointment. That really ticked me off. So unprofessional. More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Buyer be ware they will try to scam you and get more money. Even if you have agreed on a price in writing. Once they pull your credit and you give them all your info the GM will te scam you and get more money. Even if you have agreed on a price in writing. Once they pull your credit and you give them all your info the GM will tell you that the price just went up and they can’t sell the car for the price agreed. They will try to cheat you in every way. Please don’t even try to buy from them. There are more reputable dealerships out there. They are all crooks!! More

Why did I not remember how this place humiliate loan applicants. My husband and I tried to apply for a car 5 years ago and they were so rude and unprofessional just because we did not have enough money applicants. My husband and I tried to apply for a car 5 years ago and they were so rude and unprofessional just because we did not have enough money to put down for a car of our interest. So this year our daughter, 27 years old, had a Hyundai Accent where the motor wore out so we encouraged her to go to a Hyundai dealership. Why didn’t we remember this was not a very nice and friendly place. The very nice guy felt out his questionnaire asking our daughter what was she looking for and you know pertinent financial questions. So they ran her credit and saw that she had some issues and instead of explaining to her kindly why they weren’t able to help her, one of the managers came over and started badgering my husband and I. Belittling us and my daughter about how we should co-sign for her and laughed at my daughter for her lack of knowledge of the pros and cons of applying for credit. He actually really laughed at her and told I him that he should be explaining to her nicely why they were not able to help her. The way I see it if you are financially struggling and have little money to put down for a car, this place will laugh you right out the door. This manager (one of the managers didn’t get his name) was a super ego and unprofessional man. This explains how his higher position has got to his head and look down on those who need simply an explanation of why there application is rejected for loan assistance. I’m just enclosing my review to assist those who have an inspiring young adult who has an interest in applying for a loan at this Hyundai dealership. Awful staff of managers I mean I can’t believe they laughed us out the door. More
