Terrible Customer Service ! Don't waste your time Honestly the WORST car buying experience I have EVER had ! We had some issues that they "assured " me they could handle .. I had to call them NUMEROUS Honestly the WORST car buying experience I have EVER had ! We had some issues that they "assured " me they could handle .. I had to call them NUMEROUS times to find out what was going on .. salesman could never give me a straight answer .. After 24 hrs I told them forget it! Went to Bob Mayberry Hyundai and was approved ON THE SPOT ! for the same exact car! South Charlotte Hyundai could really use a class in customer service . Don't waste your time . Unless it's an easy sale they can't be bothered with you . Terrible customer service from the word go . No one deserves to be treated like that . I wouldn't take a car from them if they gave it to me , I do want to add Matt White was the only one I consider that was decent to us . Matt you should transfer to another dealer you could do a lot better More
