Jim Hardison was spectacular and welcomed us within moments of stepping onto the floor (we had previously been to Town & Country Toyota down the street and they barely looked at us!). Antoine Parker was equally amazing and helped negotiate a great deal for us without any pressure or "dealer shadiness". Most surprising is that the managing partner of the dealership, Anthony Barreiro, took the time to greet every customer personally. We live in Memphis, TN now but I will drive back to Charlotte for this kind of service when we buy our next Hyundai! More
