Horrible after sales I bought a Hyundai Accent on Nov 1, 2014 and I was attended very well. I was very pleased with the experience. I had questions about the car and tag but they never take your call and don't call back even when you leave a message. They had to send me the tag for my car. Kathy told me that she would need original copy of my property tax receipt and Alexa said scan it and send it across. I emailed it to Alexa and called her almost 6 times and she never returned back my call. Here I am today, with a car which doesn't have a tag and I can't drive it because these people are ignorant / Confused and not committed to their customer once they buy a car. I will not recommend South Charollete Hyundai to anyone. More
