We are saddened to read this review and we understand that you are frustrated, but we are here to help. Unfortunately, you have an electrical issue that requires the removal of many parts of your vehicle in order to attempt to repair the corroded wire. As you spoke with Kevin, our Director of Fixed Operations about in person, and when he tried to talk to you this AM on the phone, we can work with you on pricing, but there is extensive time involved in getting to the wire. Once we can get to the wire, the process to repair is pretty simple and parts are very inexpensive. We understand your predicament, but we are just here trying to help solve the problem. Ultimately, this is a possible safety concern that we can typically repair, but sometimes the better option is to replace the wire harness. We are very competitively priced, and our Toyota Trained and Certified Technicians are of the highest quality. We have spoken in depth about this, so it is one thing to say you disagree, but to say we are dishonest is a very far stretch from the truth. South Coast continues to misrepresent the truth. The response above says I spoke with Kevin both in person and on the phone. I've never spoken to Kevin by phone, in person, or any other means. I don't really understand why they would lie about that when the truth would do just as well.
