Sold me a Tacoma with some body damage and a horrible alignment.. I tried to bring it back to exchange it for a different truck since the head manager said they would do that for me but the dealer wanted alignment.. I tried to bring it back to exchange it for a different truck since the head manager said they would do that for me but the dealer wanted to keep my 5k deposit because they need to pay off the loan in order to take a damaged “ certified pre owned “ truck back from an unhappy customer. I have had to take the truck to them 3 times to try and fix it but they can’t seem to get it right.. I want to return it and get into a brand new one so I don’t have to deal with this headache.. I don’t believe this car was inspected by a mechanic before they sold it to me.. I have to drive my newborn in this truck I want to give it back and get into a new one. More
