These guys were not very well organized, and as a result, they totally screwed up the paperwork for our purchase -- several times. They ended up driving to our house twice and mailing us stuff to fix it. T they totally screwed up the paperwork for our purchase -- several times. They ended up driving to our house twice and mailing us stuff to fix it. They didn't initially honor the deal they made, and when they saw that they messed up, they tried to make us sign papers to pay more (it had to do with our tax credit for an e-car). Then they sent us more papers to re-sign because they had accidentally marked it as a gas car and not electric. So to apologize for the inconvenience, they sent us a free oil change. For an electric car. That doesn't use oil. Ugh. They did end up eventually honoring the deal they promised us, but only when we threatened to return the car and back out. It is was almost not worth the hassle. More
