Everyone at South County Dodge was awesome! Wayne went above and beyond what I had seen elsewhere. For example, it was raining the day I was there and Wayne went and got the vehicles I was interested in and pulled them into the garage downstairs so my wife and I wouldn't have to get out in the rain. While we were waiting for financing, my wife and I shared a nice conversation with Wayne. By the time we had everything arranged for the sale, we both felt that we were not just buying from a car salesman, but we were buying from a friend. This was to trad admiration towards the South County Dodge Chrysler Jeep Dealership. On May 6, 2013, I arrived at the dealership with but one goal. This was to trade in my 2010 Dodge Challenger for a new 2013 Dodge Challenger RT. When I walked into the sales department I was met by Adam Zeveski (An extremely nice and very delightful gentleman) which began in showing me the new 2013 Dodge Challengers, whereby it only took me about 15 minutes to pick out my new Challenger and then to begin in filling out all of the documentation to become the new owner of my new Challenger. After completing all of the documentation Adam introduced me to Joe Julian, which was another very nice and delightful gentleman to work with on completing the financial documents. I was extremely impressed with the short amount of time that it took me to walk into the dealership and drive my new Challenger off the parking lot in just over 4 hours. And also, I must not forget and say, your dealership has an outstanding service & parts department that has always taken care of my needs, since September 2010. More

We had been looking for a good used car to leave at our Florida home for when we are spending the winter down there. South County had 2 with very low miles but more than what we wanted to pay in April 2013. We checked the internet in late May and were surprised they had reduced the price close to $4,000. We called to reserve one of these cars, drove almost 100 miles to the dealership on May 30th to buy it. Ken McConnell was great to work with in getting the car ready for us. Randy Brinckman got the paperwork done very quickly and efficiently with a great interest rate on the car loan. Everything was done and ready to leave within 2 hours until we decided to have it treated to protect the glass and paint which involved leaving the car overnight. We picked up the car on May 31st after Ken was kind enough to set up our phone, show us how the navigation system worked, as well as other things. It was a great car buying experience for us. The SouthCountyAutos.com website was great in helping us find the car we wanted at a price none of the other dealers within 200 miles could beat. We spent almost 2 months looking at cars on the internet and at car dealerships before finding the car we wanted at a great price at South County Autos. More

I visit this dealer at least 4 times a year for routine maintenance. Because of the great service I receive, I will not take my Jeep anywhere else. He/she thoroughly goes through my request and looks up my history to see if I need any other service. As a female, I am never made to feel inferior when discussing certain aspects of my Jeep which may need repair. The quality of work is always great and the length of my wait is reasonable. One time when I had to wait longer, they gave me a free coffee. I am always able to find a coupon on their website for most of the services, which keeps them competitive with their pricing. If for any reason I have to drop my car off, they offer shuttle service and call as soon as my Jeep is ready. They are detailed in their inspections finding things that I may not have noticed, such as a burned out light around my license plate. South County Dodge has earned my trust through friendliness, detail and quality of work. More

We have bought a total of two vehicles so far from these two gentlemen and have not been disappointed yet. What a breath of fresh air to deal with a salesman and sales manager that are nothing like the ster two gentlemen and have not been disappointed yet. There are no "playing games" with these two, just a solid, no frills way of doing business based on mutual respect and honesty. I cannot express my sincere appreciation when walking into the showroom after being involved in an accident where our year old Jeep was totalled and both of these guys hugged my wife and expressed their happiness that we were not hurt more seriously!! As far as we are concerned there is only one Dodge/Jeep dealer in the area for us. Fortunately it does not stop with the sale of the vehicle, all of the people we have dealt with in the service department and body shop over the years has been nothing short of professional and courteous. I wish I could name them all here but there simply is not enough room. Shop where you want and take your chances, but we will return to where we know we'll get taken care of right.
