After a week of exhausted shopping to find a cargo van for work, I was please to find the Dodge Carvan met not only the cargo need but a nice passager vechicle when required with the ease of the 'flip' of for work, I was please to find the Dodge Carvan met not only the cargo need but a nice passager vechicle when required with the ease of the 'flip' of the back seats that takes no space away for cargo when ressesed below the floor... best of both worlds. I visit this dealer at least 4 times a year for routine maintenance. Because of the great service I receive, I will not take my Jeep anywhere else. When I arrive I am promptly ushered in and greeted by a friendly service advisor who smiles and asks how I am doing. He/she thoroughly goes through my request and looks up my history to see if I need any other service. As a female, I am never made to feel inferior when discussing certain aspects of my Jeep which may need repair. The quality of work is always great and the length of my wait is reasonable. One time when I had to wait longer, they gave me a free coffee. I am always able to find a coupon on their website for most of the services, which keeps them competitive with their pricing. If for any reason I have to drop my car off, they offer shuttle service and call as soon as my Jeep is ready. They are detailed in their inspections finding things that I may not have noticed, such as a burned out light around my license plate. South County Dodge has earned my trust through friendliness, detail and quality of work. More

We have bought a total of two vehicles so far from these two gentlemen and have not been disappointed yet. What a breath of fresh air to deal with a salesman and sales manager that are nothing like the ster two gentlemen and have not been disappointed yet. There are no "playing games" with these two, just a solid, no frills way of doing business based on mutual respect and honesty. I cannot express my sincere appreciation when walking into the showroom after being involved in an accident where our year old Jeep was totalled and both of these guys hugged my wife and expressed their happiness that we were not hurt more seriously!! As far as we are concerned there is only one Dodge/Jeep dealer in the area for us. Fortunately it does not stop with the sale of the vehicle, all of the people we have dealt with in the service department and body shop over the years has been nothing short of professional and courteous. I wish I could name them all here but there simply is not enough room. Shop where you want and take your chances, but we will return to where we know we'll get taken care of right. This was the strangest experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I drove a Chrysler 300 and was interested in purchasing it, but it was late on Saturday, closing time...And the guy working with us m car dealership. He gave us a flat price on our van and WOULD NOT consider dropping the price of the 300 one cent. He didn't want to work with us at all. I have emailed this dealership and told them I would work something out, even a loan if necessary and they aren't interested in selling this car I guess. You would think they would since they have had it for months... I have dealt with a lot of dealers over the years and never have I been treated the way I was here.... More
