Oil change and recall 1 hour 45 minutes I was led to believe they had a lot of appts avaiable and when i arrive there are several cars in line. The recall was a software update. I assume a few minutes to flash the ecu, an oil change takes 15-30 minutes. I was shocked that it took an hour then waited and was shocked it had been an hour and a half and then asked what was going on and then it was done in 15 more minutes. I'd never go back for anything other than leaving the car overnight or for warranty work if another local dealership was unavailable. More
