The date listed on the on line portal was inaccurate so we scheduled it for the following day. Dropped the car off the night before. Work wasn't performed on the day scheduled as they were busy that day. Had to wait another day. In the end the service was performed properly, albeit a bit pricey. Would have been nice to have been offered a loaner car since my care couldn't be serviced the day we had agreed upon, but not the end of the world. Brett did inform me at the end of the first day that my car would not be ready by the end of the day. More

Overall incredible experience. (By the way, they have the coolest high tech setup that will tell you your tire tread and alignment status within minutes of driving in.)
