There were some issues with the trucking company but Zoe handled everything and kept reassuring me that she was there to make my purchasing experience as excellent as possible. I would highly recommend working with her and I'm sure the dealership knows what a gem they have in Zoe S. I also thought the paperwork took a bit long, but it was out of her hands and in the finance department's control. She has done everything one could hope for. Thanks Zoe! More

I recently bought a used Lexus IS from this dealership. They told me they were a non-negotiating dealer, but then they threw me in that room with the finance guy. That’s when the negotiations began. James, my sales person was very good but truth is, I got sold a warranty that I didn’t really need and I turned it down once! But looking back it was a mistake $1800. That man is very high pressure so beware and be warned that he is going to sell you that Warranty. Also, I paid higher interest-rate than I should have because they were in a hurry to close and my credit union would’ve given me a better rate, and I should’ve waited for their quote! The high-pressure sales still exists, because they don’t want to be bothered, trying to put something through to a credit union. It’s simply takes too long.! Do your work ahead of time and don’t be pressured to buy the warranty or to accept high interest rates. By the way, they did come down quite a bit in the interest rates because I was ready to walk out the door, but wished I had waited to get the credit union offer. More
Made an offer on a car that was ignored by the sales guy like it was a personal insult. I started filling out this questionnaire and low and behold I get a voicemail an hour later saying “if you have an off like it was a personal insult. Haven’t heard from you.” Offer was made via iMessage which if you have an iPhone says “delivered” under the delivered text message. I would’ve bought the car had they continued negotiating but no such luck. More

"We do not charge market price on top..." regarding additional dealer markup. Show up early today to make the deal and the sales guy says he can discount the markup from 5k to 2.5k... what? What happened to what your salesman said through text? He had our text messages on his screen, claimed they were a miscommunication or a typo, when it was clear as day what he was saying. The sales guy came back again after talking to the manager explaining the clear messages and said the manager (Houston L.) would not allow it. I told him to come tell me directly about this and when he showed up he tried to create this narrative that "these cars are in demand"... of course they are, that’s why I’m here to buy it. I already know that. That has nothing to do with what your supposed senior sales manager CLEARLY stated to me to get me to come in. Tried to gaslight me into thinking I was the one who did not understand, when there was absolutely NO doubt what he meant. He was lying blatantly to get me in the door. He kept saying he "can't" (more like won't) honor what their own guy said to me. Do NOT go there unless you don't mind being mislead and lied to. More

I have texts to prove it and the manager still has the audacity to look me in my face and say they “can’t” sell the car to what his own guy said they would sell the car for. Shady, rude, condescending, smug. Left and purchased from Newport instead at no markup. Signed papers an hour after arrival and took delivery within the week. More
