This put me more at ease since what he said made sense. Although I don't know what profit margin the dealership wanted I thought I got a nice vehicle for the price. I worked with Greg Holley, who delivered top notch service from start to finish. I called him looking for a specific vehicle on specific terms, during one of their busiest weekends of the year. He buttoned up the deal - weathering a few obstacles around trade terms and applying rebates - in the course of one day, when it took 3 days just to get a quote from his competition. The entire process was fair, open and honest, which is more than I can say for the other dealers I dealt with. More
