He doesn't recommend actions/items just to pad the profits of the dealership -- he truly takes the time and makes the effort to explain what is needed and then provide options to make things cost effective. A loaner car is always ready with minimal driveway wait time. My car is always returned washed and cleaned inside and out. It is always ready at the time promised -- but usually before that time. Mark greets me with a "can do" attitude and smile and even helps me load my items into the loaner car. I would highly recommend this dealership -- and Mark -- to all. More
