She explained features/differences between the available trim choices and options. She has excellent customer service skills and made us feel welcomed upon arrival at the dealership to inspect and pickup our vehicle. Cherris answered all of our questions and pointed out all of the key features of the K5 we purchased. She clearly explained all of the charges/line items on the sales order and there were no surprises or hidden charges. The finance office did a great job as well making sure we were happy. Entire process was seamless start to finish. Highly recommend her as a sales associate if you are in the market for a Kia.
